What is the One Thing People want when they communicate?
To be heard.
Most communication breakdown occurs because the two parties never make the connection in the first place.
The reason is communicating is usually billed as a one-way exercise. In fact, there are many organizations from Toastmasters to Dale Carnegie that promise to make you a better speaker. They do so by focusing on speaking from a lectern; one-way communication.
Communication is so much more than a one-way broadcast. There are many facets to communication I teach and one of the fundamentals to being a better communicator is to be heard.
Lean on Ryan’s years of experience to learn how.

About Michelle
After searching the scriptures on her own for several years, Michelle was baptized in 2001 by her husband Ryan. As Ryan’s wife, she has been faithfully supporting mission work with her interpersonal and language skills. While the family lived in China, she also homeschooled her two children. Michelle became U.S citizen in March 2015. Michelle graduated from Hebei Normal University in China with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
